Final word: If before parting with your hard earned cash just becuase a suit is "on special offer" just take a look at other customers experiences of Sartoriani.

If you follow the threads you will find there are vastly more disappointed customers than you could possibly suspect from an organisation promising " a bespoke suit [that] is not just item of clothing but an investment in oneself and in the future".
People like myself never even saw their suit, even after the better part of a year.
Just keep your hand in your pocket and walk on by. These guys aren't worth the hassle.

Just before Christmas I got a refund from Sartoriani.
I had to fight them every step of the way.
As well as filing court papers, I threatened to take this case public, contacting their suppliers (FT, the Evening Standard etc where they advertise) drawing their attention to the huge number of compliants their operations create.I also threatened to go public via writing to those consumer protection columns in the Sunday papers.
For instance I discovered I am not the only person who had problems with Sartoriani.

This lady won. They can be defeated, I concluded.
And so I went for it. I am glad to report they gave in.
But what a bunch of crooks they are!

3 Jan 2008: I order a jacket and two trousers from Sartoriani. I was told it would be ready around 8 weeks later
March / April Hearing nothing I phone Sartoriani two or three times to check where it is. I am told it will be ready soon
May 2008: Finally my suit arrives. It took twice as long to come as promised. It does not fit. Sartoriani's tailor agrees with me. It is re-ordered.
July 2008: Sartoriani am phoned to tell my reordered jacket is ready. When I come in at the agreed time, I have to wait 35mins before being seen to. I am told my suit can not be found but is probably en route and I will be called when it arrives
4 Aug 2008. Again Sartoriani phone to tell me the suit has arrived. Again I come in at the specified time. Again I am made to wait before being dealt with (now over 45mins). Again the jacket can not be found. Lady tells me she will personally look into this and I will “be phoned in a couple of days to explain the mix up”. I never receive this call.
21 Aug 2008 I send a chaser email to Sartoriani find out what is happening
22 Aug 2008 Sartoriani reply to say it is their “top priority to sort this out”
4 Sept 2008 Hearing nothing more from Sartoriani I send another chaser email
19 Sept 2008 Finally a reply (one month after being told it was the “top priority”). Sartoriani explain it must have got lost somewhere and have reordered it. “Will have it here within 3 weeks”
14 October 2008 [3 weeks later, in accordance with Sartoriani’s re-order advice] I send another chaser email
17 October 2008 Sartoriani email to say being dealt with as a “matter of urgency”. They will have more information “tomorrow”. When tomorrow comes no new information is forthcoming. Despite the “matter of urgency” I hear no more.
29 October 2008 I email to ask for a full refund
3 November 2008 My refund email is finally acknowledged (6 days after sending it). They are “going to talk to their manager now”
3 November 2008 I acknowledge the reply and repeat my unhappiness
5 November 2008 Am emailed to say my case is being handed over to the manager. Will be “contacted shortly”.
6 November 2008. Still nothing. I give Sartoriani 7 days to give me a refund.
13 November 2008 Still nothing. I give them 48 or I will file court papers.
17 November 2008 I file court papers against Sartoriani
18 November I tell them I will be posting the truth all over the internet

Background
Background:
Sartoriani are "made to measure" outfitters in the West
End of London.
In truth they have a history of disappointing customers.
I am one of these.
I am starting this blog to help warn people away from
using this company. If my experience is anything to go by they will lose both
their money, their time, and not end up with a suit.
As for me I am starting a blog as I already have an online accountancy business
